Thieves are thought to have made a slow getaway after stealing a tractor and forklift from a Fife farm.
Police are appealing for witnesses to help with enquiries after the incident at Cantsdam Road, near Kelty.
The theft occurred between 10pm on Friday and 7am on Saturday, with a blue New Holland T6080 tractor, registration SP10 EPJ, and a red Manito forklift, registration SF09 JWJ, both taken.
Detective Sergeant Kelly McEwan of West Fife CID said: “This is a high value theft and we are keen to trace those responsible as soon as possible.
“These vehicles would stand out being driven late at night or in the early hours of the morning.”
