Police are appealing for witnesses after a Kirkcaldy salon was raided by thieves.
A large quantity of hair products was stolen from the Pouts and Pin Ups salon in Dunnikier Road sometime between Monday evening and 9am on Tuesday morning.
Inquiries are ongoing to trace those responsible and anyone with information is asked to come forward.
Detective Inspector Graeme Dursley from Kirkcaldy CID said: “This break-in has resulted in much of the salon’s stock being stolen and we are actively conducting various inquiries locally to identify the culprits.
“If you remember seeing any suspicious activity around the premises on Monday evening or early Tuesday morning then please contact police immediately.
“We would also urge anyone who is approached and offered hair products that may have been stolen from the salon to decline and report the matter to us.”
