Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a 29-year-old man in connection with a number of incidents that took place in Fife between 2014 and 2016.
Officers say they are “very anxious” to find Andrew Waddell, who is known to have previously stayed in Windygates and has links to the Fife region.
He is also known to have links to the Aberdeenshire area.
Police have refused to divulge the nature of the alleged incidents, but have appealed for assistance in trying to locate Mr Waddell.
Mr Waddell is also known to use the names Andrew Oswald, David Oswald and David Bennett.
He is described as white, 6’2” tall, with brown hair and blue eyes.
He similarly has a distinctive tattoo of a wolf on his right arm and a scar on his left hand.
Anyone who may have information about Mr Waddell’s whereabouts has been urged to contact Police Scotland on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
