A 42-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an incident of “public indecency” on a Kirkcaldy street.
The incident took place on St Kilda Crescent at about 9.30pm on October 29.
A police appeal at the time described the man as “acting in an indecent manner”.
He has now been charged and a report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
Police making inquiries in Kirkcaldy
Detective Inspector Sammi Davidson said: “Extensive inquiries have been carried out over the past month and we would like to thank the local community for their assistance with the investigation.
“Our inquiries are continuing into similar incidents in the Templehall area of Kirkcaldy and we continue to keep an open mind as this work progresses.”
