A van driver escaped without serious injury after his vehicle overturned on the M90 just outside Dunfermline on Saturday morning.
Firefighters from Dunfermline, Lochgelly and the heavy rescue unit based at Lochgelly were all called out shortly before 7.30am after receiving reports that a transit van had overturned between junction three at Halbeath and junction four at Cocklaw.
The driver was out of the vehicle by the time the fire crews arrived on scene, although the road was closed northbound for a short time as debris was cleared from the carriageway.
The driver was briefly checked over at the scene and continued on his way once the van had been righted.
