Keiran Burns, 19, and Jason McKinlay, 26, appeared in private at Dunfermline Sheriff Court facing a charge of assault and robbery. The men, who are from the Cowdenbeath area, made no plea and the case was continued for further examination. They were both remanded in custody. Police were called to an incident at Gordons Chemist in Broad Street shortly before 5pm on Friday April 7.
