Police in Fife have arrested and charged a 28-year-old man in connection with an alleged indecent assault in Dunfermline. It follows an incident in Pittencrieff Park on the afternoon of Sunday April 30, which left a 24-year-old woman unhurt but distressed. It happened near the park entrance by Dunfermline Abbey while the area was busy with families and dog walkers. Detectives in Dunfermline CID have thanked the public for their assistance with the investigation. The man is expected to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Monday.
