More people have been arrested and charged under the Misuse of Drugs Act in Fife.
The clampdown is part of the ongoing Operation Prospect campaign in the kingdom.
The initiative was launched last April to target drug offences of all kinds across the area.
So far it has resulted in several arrests and more than £180,000 worth of illegal substances being recovered.
Officers in west Fife executed two search warrants at addresses in Lochleven Gardens and Rosewell Drive, Lochore, on Thursday August 17 where they seized cannabis and a small amount of heroin as well as £4,000 in cash.
Two men, aged 42 and 28, and a 26-year-old woman have been held in custody.
Leading Operation Prospect, Detective Chief Inspector Scott Cunningham said: “Operation Prospect has already resulted in numerous arrests and large quantities of harmful substances being seized before they can cause untold harm to Fife’s communities.”
Anyone wishing to report ongoing drug crime can do so by calling police 101 or by making an anonymous report to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
