Police are appealing for the public’s help in tracking down a flasher who exposed himself to two women in the East Neuk of Fife.
The incident happened on the coastal path between Crail and Cellardyke, near the Caves of Caiplie, at around 1.45pm on Saturday.
Detective Inspector Kelly McEwan said: “While neither woman was injured during this incident this was an alarming ordeal for them and indecent acts such as this will not be tolerated.
“If you have any information that can help us identify this male then please come forward.”
The women, aged 24 and 29, had been walking in the area when the man exposed himself.
They left the area and contacted police.
Police Scotland is appealing for anyone who can help identify the suspect to contact the force immediately.
The suspect is described as having a tanned complexion and short dark hair. He is believed to be in his late thirties to early forties.
At the time he was wearing dark tracksuit bottoms with a stripe down the side and a long-sleeved navy top.
Those with information can contact Police Scotland on 101 or make an anonymous report to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
