Police Scotland said the collision happened shortly after 1.30pm on Wednesday on the eastbound carriageway near the Redhouse roundabout. A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said one ambulance and one manager had been sent to the scene. “One female patient in her twenties was transported to the Victoria Hospital,” she added. Traffic quickly built up as emergency services dealt with the incident.
