Joe Mossman, 18, appeared on petition at Dunfermline Sheriff Court, where he was also charged with sexual assault. Mossman, whose address was given only as Dunfermline, made no plea and was committed for further examination. A request for bail was granted. A date for his next appearance in court is to be confirmed. The hearing follows an alleged attack on a girl in Dunfermline’s Carnegie Drive area on Saturday night.
