Police have charged a man following an alleged hit and run incident on the A92.
The incident is said to have taken place on the road’s eastbound carriageway near Crossgates on Tuesday afternoon.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police in Fife were called following a report of a road traffic collision on the A92.
“The incident was reported to police at around 2.55pm, when a VW Passat collided with a Ford Mondeo. The VW Passat driver subsequently drove away and did not report the incident.
“A 39-year-old man has been charged in connection with this incident and is scheduled to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on December 7.”
