Firefighters pulled a man from the Firth of Forth at Leven late on Saturday night. Police said they received an emergency call to the Promenade at 11.45pm following concerns for the man’s wellbeing. Eyewitnesses reported three fire appliances, two ambulances and several police cars at the scene and said a ladder had been put over the sea wall. A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said they removed a male casualty from the water and passed him over to paramedics. His condition has not been confirmed.
