A famous Canadian coffee chain is setting up shop in Fife.
Tim Hortons has confirmed it will open a new restaurant on Hospital Hill, Dunfermline, on Thursday at 9am.
The first UK restaurant opened on Argyle Street at the start of June as part of a new nationwide rollout plan.
Kevin Hydes, chief finance and commercial officer of the Tim Hortons franchise in the UK, said: “We have some fantastic Scottish Tim Hortons fans, and we’re looking forward to welcoming them to our Dunfermline restaurant for our signature freshly brewed coffee and iconic baked goods.”
Tim Hortons was founded by its namesake, a top professional ice hockey player, and is one of Canada’s most famous brands.
