A man is due to appear in court in connection with a disturbance in Dunfermline.
The 18-year-old was arrested and charged following the incident at Carnegie Drive Retail Park on Tuesday, which caused traffic chaos in the town centre.
He will appear in Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Police in Fife were in attendance at Carnegie Retail Park in Dunfermline when officers responded to a disturbance around 3.45pm on Tuesday January 23.
“Road closures were put in place to ensure the safety of the public and motorists are thanked for their patience during this time.
“The incident was resolved peacefully and an 18-year-old man has been charged in connection with this.”
A section of busy Carnegie Drive was closed until around 5.30pm on Tuesday while officers dealt with the incident, leading to diversion of traffic, including buses to and from the nearby bus station.
