A man has been charged in connection with releasing buffalo and horses from fields in Fife. Fife Constabulary has confirmed the 21-year-old male will now be reported to the procurator fiscal. It’s understood more than 120 buffalo were released from enclosures, along with some horses. The incident took place at two farms near Kirkcaldy on March 4. More to follow.
