He has been named as 46-year-old William Ronald from Kelty. Emergency services were called to Nivingston Hill Road on the outskirts of Cleish shortly before 10am on Friday May 25. An air ambulance was also called but Mr Ronald was pronounced dead at the scene. Police Scotland said: “Our thoughts are with Mr Ronald’s family and friends.” Police say the accident inquiry is continuing and anyone who may have information should contact Tayside Division on 101. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
