A woman has been rescued after falling from the coastal path in Fife.
Emergency services raced to the scene between Pittenweem and Anstruther at around 1pm on Friday after a member of the public raised the alarm.
Coastguard rescue teams and crew from the Anstruther Inshore Lifeboat helped get the woman onto a stretcher before carrying her across the rocks and up some steps.
She was handed over the Scottish Ambulance Service for treatment and taken to hospital.

A spokeswoman from the Maritime and Coastguard Agency said: “Just after 1pm today the Scottish Ambulance Service requested HM Coastguard assistance after receiving a 999 call from a member of the public reporting that a woman had fallen from the coastal path south of Pittenweem Bathing Pool.
“St Andrews, Leven and Kinghorn Coastguard Rescue Teams and Anstruther inshore lifeboat were sent to assist, alongside the Scottish Ambulance Service.
“The casualty has been safely lifted up the steps and placed in the care of the ambulance service.”
