Fire crews tackled a fire in the derelict Inverkeithing Primary School on Sunday morning. The fire was in the ground floor of the building which has lain empty for some time. They quickly extinguished the blaze and cut away affected timbers, using a fan to disperse the smoke. Early on Sunday evening crews were called out to a fire in a metal freight container in Pittencrieff Park in Dunfermline.
