Police were called to a single vehicle accident on the M90 southbound near junction 8 at around 12.30pm on Saturday. One car had aqua planned due to the poor conditions and had veered off the road. The driver is understood to have escaped serious injury and recovery of the vehicle is being arranged. Traffic Scotland have issued a warning about heavy surface water for the whole Fife area which will remain in place throughout the day.
