Mountain Warehouse could soon be moving into the Gallagher Retail Park in Dundee.
A new tenant has been secured for a prominent site in St Andrews’ Market Street.
Mountain Warehouse will move into the 3,000 square foot unit at 92/94 Market Street, creating several jobs in the process.
The shop unit was formerly occupied by fashion retailer Monsoon, and it is understood Mountain Warehouse has acquired the store on a new 10-year lease.
The unit will be combined to create a single ground floor unit of approximately 2,000 sq ft with around 1,000 sq ft at first floor level.
Kevin Sims, from property consultants CBRE, said: “The deal was agreed with Mountain Warehouse following a closing date for best bids during which multiple offers were received.”
