Five teenagers will appear in court after the attempted murder of two men during a “horrendous” outbreak of violence in Dalgety Bay.
The men aged 41 and 57 were found with serious injuries after the rammy at Hillend Industrial Estate on Thursday January 3.
A 63-year-old man was also assaulted during the incident.
Police responded to a report of trouble breaking out in the West Way area at around 9.40pm.
All five youths face charges of attempted murder and assault.
Two boys aged 14 and 15 are due to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Monday, while two other 15-year-old boys and a 15-year-old girl will appear at a later date.
Sergeant Kate Blackwell from Dalgety Bay Police Station said: “The level of violence and aggression used during the attack of these three men was horrendous and entirely unacceptable.
“Through Operation Path we utilise all resources at our disposal to prevent crimes of violence occurring within the kingdom and to investigate thoroughly any incidents which do arise.
“Violent crime will not be tolerated and anyone found to be involved in such offences will be robustly dealt with.”
