Police are appealing for witnesses following a break-in at a Fife car wash.
The incident happened between 5.15pm on Sunday January 13 and 9am the following morning at the Bubbles Hand Car Wash near the New Inn roundabout.
Entry was forced to the premises, which is located on the A92 between Glenrothes and Freuchie, but it does not appear that anything was taken.
Inquiries are ongoing to identify those responsible and anyone with information is asked to come forward.
Detective Constable Stephanie Drummond from Glenrothes CID said: “While the premises was closed during the time of this break-in, the A92 remains busy throughout the evening and early morning and we would urge motorists, cyclists or any other members of the public, who remember seeing anything suspicious, to contact police immediately.
“Drivers who may have relevant dash-cam footage are also asked to get in touch to assist with this ongoing inquiry.”
