Police are appealing for witnesses after a spate of garage break-ins in Fife.
The lock ups were targeted in the Templehall area of Kirkcaldy in the early hours of Sunday March 3.
Entry was forced to a number of units at the rear of Brodick Avenue and Appin Crescent.
A quantity of high-value items were stolen from within, including power tools, fishing equipment and a £2000 mountain bike.
Anyone who remembers seeing any suspicious activity in the area during Sunday morning or who have been offered such items for sale are being urged to contact the police.
Officers have also issued a home security warning to members of the local community.
Residents are urged to consider installing motion-sensitive lights, robust locks and alarm systems which all act as deterrents to prevent housebreakings.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 or alternatively by making an anonymous report to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
