Fire service called out to A92 in Kirkcaldy after vehicle’s airbag activated

Fire crews were at the scene of a one-vehicle crash in Kirkcaldy earlier today after an airbag activated in a car.

The incident, which took place on the A92 between Chapel and Redhouse Roundabout, happened around 5.20pm.

A fire service spokesman said: “We were called to the incident.

“It involved the activation of an airbag.”

A lane of traffic was thought to have been blocked by the incident.
