Dunfermline man reported missing traced safe and well

A man missing from Dunfermline has been found safe and well.

Concern had been growing for James Kerr, 40, who failed to return home to Swift Street after leaving on Friday morning.

Police said it was unusual for him to go out without saying where he was going.

However, they confirmed he had been traced in the Dunfermline area on Monday afternoon.

A spokesperson said: “Officers wish to thank all those who shared our appeals for information.”
