A 36-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with an attempted murder in Dunfermline.
The incident happened at around 7.30pm on Monday, April 1 at an address on the town’s Fod Street.
The 36-year-old victim was taken to the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary for treatment and was later released.
The man will appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Thursday, April 18.

“Crime of violence are never acceptable and we will not tolerate this type of criminality in our local community.
