A spillage of grain led to the closure of part of the A92 in Fife.
A lorry shed its load between Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy at around 10am on Wednesday.
The southbound carriageway was closed entirely between the Bankhead and Redhouse roundabouts as the barley was swept away.
One lane reopened shortly after 2pm but traffic remained heavy in the area.
The second lane reopened around 4pm.
