Police and Fire crews were called to the scene in Methil at around 11pm on Friday, July 19. Police and Fire crews attend to the abandoned Jeep vehicle in Methil. Eyewitnesses say a red Jeep vehicle was seen to collide with the van on Memorial Road before leaving the area. The driver of the van suffered minor injuries and was taken to Victoria Hospital where he was later released. The Jeep was later found abandoned on open ground adjacent to Kirkland Walk and Poplar Road in the town. A spokesperson for Scottish Fire & Rescue conformed that crews from Methil Fire Station were alerted at 11.05pm and attended the scene at Poplar Road.
