Officers confirmed that Ian Mills was traced shortly before 10pm on Saturday night in the Trossachs, and has been taken to hospital for treatment. Police issued an urgent appeal for the public’s help to find Mr Mills, who was last seen at around 6pm on Thursday at an address on the High Street. Officers say he left that address in a silver Volkswagen T5 campervan with the registration plate YN59CNX. The 55-year-old was in contact with family members at around 10.30pm later that night, but had not been in contact with anyone since. Relatives said Mr Mills’ disappearance was “entirely out of character” and concern quickly grew for his welfare. No further details have been released by police, apart from the fact he was taken to Forth Valley Hospital. A picture of the campervan Ian Mills took to the Trossachs.
