Fire crews are tackling a major fire at the derelict Strathmartine Hospital in Dundee.
A blaze has ripped through the first floor and roof of the B-listed structure, causing extensive damage.
Four appliances were sent to disused hospital site shortly after 7pm.
The former Strathmartine Hospital building in the north of the town has been repeatedly targeted.
Last month, a fire at the site was believed to have been started deliberately.
And the company behind plans to transform the dilapidated building into luxury flats said troublemakers were “hell-bent” on breaking in.
Robert Evans of building company Muir Smith Evans said chisels, masonry drills and even sledge hammers have been used to get into the building.

Mr Evans said security teams employed by his firm regularly encountered people trying to get into the site.
Karen McAuley, who has campaigned to have the building preserved, said: “The main problem is coming from the security of the buildings.
“Time after time, people are getting onto the site because access is easy.
“It seems to be the listed buildings which are being targeted.
“My concern is somebody who isn’t intent on setting it on fire will get in and there will be an accident.”
Strathmartine was a psychiatric hospital before it closed in 2003.
