A rapist burst into tears as he was jailed for five years.
Dad-of-four Michael Whorlton, 27, attacked his then partner at a house in Thornliebank, Glasgow, in May 2014.
He also indecently assaulted another woman and had underage sex with a third at addresses in Kirkcaldy and Anstruther in 2010.
Whorlton, 27, of Barry Road, Kirkcaldy, was sentenced at the High Court in Glasgow yesterday after a jury in Edinburgh previously convicted him of seven charges including rape, indecent assault and placing two of the women in a state of fear and alarm.
Lord Beckett said the offences involved “horrible and degrading” conduct. Whorlton will be supervised for a further three years on his release.
