A Cupar playgroup has been praised for creating a welcoming and nurturing ethos through the teamwork of its staff.
Inspectors visited Cupar Pre-School Playgroup and found happy and settled children who enjoyed attending the group.
Other key strengths highlighted in a report by Education Scotland were the playgroup’s positive partnership with parents and the community and children’s outdoor learning experiences in the woods.
Education Scotland said it was satisfied overall with the quality of provision.
It was agreed the playgroup should continue to develop its curriculum and ensure play activities suitably challenged children and continue to formalise monitoring and evaluation.
