Armed robbers who raided a Kirkcaldy bank made off with more than £11,000, it has emerged. Until now the amount of money stolen from the TSB, in Templehall, has remained undisclosed. Police Scotland confirmed that it was upwards of £11,000. Two men suspected of the heist and recorded by CCTV camera escaping on bikes have never been caught. It was believed they may have fled the country, and Interpol and border agencies were contacted by investigators. Several customers were in the branch in Dunearn Drive on January 29 when the men entered brandishing a handgun and crowbar.
