Police have sealed off a Fife theatre and tonight’s performance has been cancelled following an incident.
Rothes Halls in Glenrothes was evacuated on Friday afternoon following a report of a “suspicious communication”.
The venue was due to host a performance of Oklahoma by Glenrothes Amateur Musical Association but this has been pulled.
Both tomorrow’s performances are due to go ahead as planned.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police in Fife were called to premises in the centre of Glenrothes following a report of a suspicious communication.
“The incident happened around 1.50pm on Friday September 28 in the Rothes Square area.
