The mother of a Fife teenager who went missing with a friend has made a heartfelt plea for the pair to get in touch.
Jordan Bartram, 15, and Elizabeth Mabe, 16, have been missing since Saturday, when they were caught on CCTV at Dundee railway station.
Claire Bartram, Jordan’s mother, said: “All his family just want him and Elizabeth back safe.
“Family and friends are worried about them. We love him and urge them to get in touch with someone.
“We urge anyone who may think they have seen them, no matter how insignificant it seems, to contact 101 with any information at all.”
Jordan and Elizabeth, who are from the Cupar area, were caught on CCTV at Dundee railway station at around 8.15pm on Saturday and it is believed they may have travelled on from the city by public transport.
Claire, 43, has released another image of her son in the hope it will help trace him.
Police appealed for the public’s help after the teenagers were reported missing.
Local officers said there was concern for Jordan and Elizabeth because of the length of time they had been missing and the fact they had not been in contact with family or friends following their disappearance.
Jordan is described as 5ft 5in tall and of slim build with short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a dark coloured hooded sweatshirt, grey jogging trousers and black trainers. Jordan was in possession of a rucksack and may have other clothing.
Elizabeth is described as 5ft 6in tall and of slim build with long brown hair. She was last seen wearing a light pink coloured hooded sweatshirt with “Hollister” written on both sleeves, black jeans and black shoes. Elizabeth is also in possession of a rucksack and may have other clothing.
Anyone who believes they have seen Jordan or Elizabeth, or has any information, is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident number 2148 of November 24, 2018.
