The 22-year-old from Glenrothes will appear in Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on Monday. Police say he has been charged in connection to offences contrary to section 5 of the Terrorism Act (TACT) 2006. It comes after armed counter-terrorism officers swooped on Colliston Avenue in Glenrothes on Saturday morning and arrested the man.
