A fire has broken out in a former Perth nightclub.
Crews were called out at around 6.40pm to the derelict Zoo nightclub on Canal Street, where there was a fire in the roofspace.
Nobody was injured and there was said to be no serious damage to the building.
The site is earmarked for development of housing, with the building due to be demolished and replaced by 32 apartments some time next month.
