A life-size model of the baby Jesus has been stolen from a church in Perth.
The doll was taken from a nativity display outside St John’s Kirk. The theft was reported at about 11.30pm last night.
Three young boys were seen acting suspiciously in the area at the time and were last seen near St John Street.
They are described as wearing black clothing, with two of the boys carrying rucksacks.
Anyone who was in the area at the time and can assist officers with their enquiries is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101. Alternatively information can be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
