Checks are being carried out on Perth Leisure Pool after concerns about the roof following Storm Ali.
A spokeswoman for operators Live Active Leisure said it is hoped the facility will re-open later on Thursday.
Locals are counting the cost of the stormy weather, which caused chaos across the region on Wednesday. Several roads remain closed.
“The high winds from Storm Ali have blown a decorative side panel from the wall of Perth Leisure Pool, which in turn has cracked one of the Perspex roof panes above the pool area,” she said.
“The safety of our customers is paramount and therefore, the decision to close was taken as a precautionary measure.
“We anticipate a fix sometime on Thursday, weather allowing. Apologies to all of our customers for any inconvenience.”
