A road traffic collision at the Broxden roundabout, on the outskirts of Perth, has caused heavy traffic in the area.
A police spokesperson said a road traffic collision was reported to them at around 3.20pm.
The accident involved two cars, and there are not yet believed to be any injuries.
Traffic Scotland took to social media to highlight heavy traffic on the A9 southbound, back to Crieff Road.
They added that all lanes are restricted in both directions for up to 30 minutes.
