A man is to appear in court following an alleged stand-off in Perth on Sunday.
Police were called to an address in the city’s Campsie Road at around 12.40pm after neighbours reportedly heard windows being smashed.
It’s alleged that the man refused to leave the property for more than an hour.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Police called around 12.40pm to a report of a 21-year-old man causing a disturbance within a flat in Campsie Road, Perth.
“Police attended and the man was taken from the flat at around 1.50pm and taken to hospital to be checked over. No one else was in the flat at the time.
“The 21-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident and is due before Perth Sheriff Court on November 4.”
