A warning for ice covers all of Courier Country after overnight rain amid cold temperatures.
Parts of Perthshire have been subject to a Met Office ice alert for much of the weekend but the risk area has now been extended to also cover Fife, Dundee and Angus.
The warning, in place until 11am Monday, says there are icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths.
It adds: “Area extended northwards given progress of precipitation overnight and cold surfaces.
“Icy surfaces may make injuries or accidents more likely. Icy stretches may be encountered, especially on untreated surfaces, while the odd high level road may see a further 1-2 cm of snow.”
