Emergency services have been called to Scone following a collision between a car and a pedestrian.
Police were alerted to the incident on the village’s Perth Road at around 3.40pm.
The extent of any injuries is not yet known.
A spokeswoman for Police scotland said: “We were called to a report of a road traffic collision on Perth Road, Scone, involving a pedestrian and a car at around 3.40pm.
“We are on the scene and the Scottish Ambulance Service is in attendance.”
Traffic was diverted along Mansfield Road until the accident was cleared shortly after.
