The Crieff Highland Gathering has announced its second weekend music festival for the town set to take place in the summer.
Following on from the success of last year’s event, organisers have set August 15 as the date for 2020.
It is set to feature Scott Mills and Chris Stark from BBC Radio 1 alongside musical performers including Big Country and Massaoke.
Another band is set to play at the festival which will be announced later.
A spokesperson for Crieff Highland Gathering said: “Scott Mills and Chris Stark of BBC Radio 1 fame need no introduction after last years success, people asked for them to come back so that’s what we’ve done.
“They went down a storm last year so it was only right we invited them back this year.”
The group says it works to provide attendees at the event with an experience that is “unforgettable”.
The group’s spokesperson added: “Crieff Highland Gathering is extremely proud of its reputation as Scotland’s Premier Highland Games.
“We are unsurpassed when it comes to the diversity of things to experience during your day with us and we never stop looking for ways to improve the experience, the magic, the thrills and give our guests an even more unforgettable visit.”
Tickets for August’s festival cost £25 for adults and £15 for youngsters aged between 12 and 17 years old inclusive.
Children under the age of 12 can attend for free if they are accompanied by a fee-paying adult.
Tickets are available to purchase on Eventbrite.
