The owner of a Perthshire optician is appealing for information after a theft.
Thieves entered The Eye Centre in Crieff High Street on February 13 and stole a “considerable amount” of stock, although its value is not yet known.
Owner Avril Smith said: “We have had a professional thief in who managed to take a considerable amount of stock.
“He knows what he is looking for.
“He needs to be stopped and I believe publicity can only help catch this guy.”
Police confirmed they are investigating a theft of glasses from the optician.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “[The theft] was reported on the February 13.
“It happened on the 13th some point during the afternoon.
“It was just glasses that were stolen.
“Inquiries are ongoing.”
