Firefighters are in attendance at Scott Street after a small fire started in a flat in Perth city centre.
Two fire engines from the Perth station rushed to the street just after 4pm.
An SFRS spokesperson confirmed that one appliance is still in attendance.
Firefighters remain at the scene and are currently ventilating the property.
