A new plant crossing being installed as part of the A9 Luncarty to Pass of Birnam upgrade could cause months of delays, contractors have warned.
The installation will come into operation on the Strathford Station Road, near its junction with the trunk road, from March 18 for around six months.
Two-way traffic lights will be in place to allow construction site traffic to cross safely. A spokesman for Balfour Beatty said: “We would like to thank motorists for their patience while we continue these important works.”
The motion controlled signals will be in place between 7.30am and 6pm on weekdays and from 8am until 1pm on Saturdays.
