The Scottish Conservative Party conference set to be held in Perth has been postponed.
The event was scheduled to take place at Perth Concert Hall on May 15 and 16.
Announcing the decision, Holyrood Conservative leader Jackson Carlaw MSP said: “In view of the fast developing situation I have taken the decision to postpone our Annual Conference due to be held in May.
“Events which require the participation of our emergency services have to be prioritised.
“We will hope to convene the conference later in the year.”
