A motorist has been seriously injured in a road accident near Bridge of Earn.
The accident involving one car happened on the southbound carriageway of the M90 about a mile south of the Bridge of Earn junction.
Emergency services were alerted to the incident at around 8.30pm on Tuesday.
An ambulance was sent to the scene and paramedics attended to a male casualty who was understood to have sustained a serious head injury.
He was set to be taken to hospital.
Fire and rescue crew also attended and freed the man, who was trapped in the vehicle, using hydraulic cutting equipment.
